As someone who has had positive experience with MIXHERS products, I was excited to try Collagen+ and it did not disappoint! The powder arrives in a large resealable bag with a scoop inside and easy-to-follow instructions printed on the package. I usually mix powders using a small electric whisk, but this dissolves best with a basic spoon. I put a scoop of powder in my glass, add cold tap water until it's 3/4 full, then I mix until dissolved. I add a few ice cubes and I've got a refreshing drink that's loaded with goodness! It can be enjoyed at any time, with or without food, but I've been drinking mine with dinner to avoid the temptation of alcohol or pop. I absolutely love the raspberry limeade flavor (which surprised me)!As a woman in my 50's who's also going through menopause, I've done quite a bit of armchair research to determine how to combat many changes my body is going through. After just a couple weeks of drinking Collagen+, I've noticed that my nails are stronger and growing faster, my hair looks healthier, and I just FEEL better.The information about MIXHERS Collagen+ states that regular consumption can help promote my own body's collagen production (yay), and the collagen blend in each serving is a whopping 20,000mg! It's a mixture of bovine collagen peptides that increase types 1 & 3 in the body, and there's also wild caught marine collagen that helps the body increase types 1 & 2. (The ratio of bovine to fish is not noted and I wish that it were.)In addition to the staggering amount of collagen, there are 3mg of YUTH (spermadine HCL to promote optimal cellular function and healthy aging), 65mg sodium, 60mg calcium, 90mg Vitamin C (which is 100% of our DV), 18g protein (which is 36% of our DV), 1g total carbs, and the drink itself is just 80 calories per serving, with 30 servings per package. Other ingredients include natural flavors, citric acid, stevia leaf extract, and vegetable juice for color. This Raspberry Lemonade Collagen Support drink mix has a great taste. It took a little bit to fully dissolve in the cold water, so I think its best to first stir into a small amount of water until its dissolved, then add the rest of the cold water, this works much better. I find this to be a very refreshing drink and an easy way to get a daily serving of collagen. It's a little pricey, but comparable to the very popular brand name that you order online. Since the price is basically the same, I will stick with the other brand as I like the taste and quality of that one a little more. But this is a pretty good alternative if you don't mind the price tag.

The taste is fantastic and it is just like drinking a lemonade but getting this product to dissolve is difficult in room temperature water, and definitely not an easy task in cold water. What I decided to start doing was have some warm water, dissolve the product and then pour over ice once it’s cooled off enough and it taste great

This mixed well, the flavor was OK.
