Great Subtle Manly Scents

Honestly, when I first smelled these, I was not incredibly impressed. I guess I am used to the super overpowering scents of most colognes and was expecting that. However, once my husband starting wearing these scents I realized how nice it was that they were so simple and subtle. I also like that it is a solid cologne vs a spray as that also helps with it not being so strong. I bought these as a birthday gift for him and he loves all three scents.

Not your same old scents, and that's a good thing.

I was looking for something different, in the scent department, not fruity or flowery. These provided just what I was looking for. They are very unique and might take some time to get used to them. My wife was a little uncertain about Blazing Saddles but did like Fire in the Hole and The Gambler. I think I might need to warm the tins before applying, just like I do the mustache wax or my beeswax lip balm. I hope this will also extend how long the scent lasts, at least warming up will make the application easier. Overall a nice change of pace.

This cologne WILL make you ruggedly mantastic

Leather - Check! Gunpowder - Check! Rugged, swaggering, testosterone infused manliness = you'd better frikking-well believe it! I had fully planned on watching Golden Girls re-runs and drinking herbal tea for the evening - that is until my Outlaw cologne arrived! I've now wrangled 2 angry rattlesnakes out of my backyard (after I found them in the desert and put them in my backyard so there would be some kind of challenge!), grown a full beard, built my own AK-47 out of parts in the garage and the vacuum cleaner, drank a bucket of Jack Daniels, shaved my beard with a machete, and was ravaged by my wife, twice. And it's not even 6pm. Whatever you excel at, multiply it by 10 after using any of the Outlaw solid colognes. If you are at all on the fence about buying these, hitch up your skirt and press the order button. The Gambler was hands down the favorite of both me and my wife. Very balanced scent with solid leather and musky tones. I like Blazing Saddles next - good leather start with spicy gunpowder zing and a bit of sage and tobacco to smooth it out. My wife liked Fire in the Hole evenly with Blazing Saddles. Same major tones of leather with campfire, vanilla bourbon and a zing of gunpowder.Are you a man or a snowflake? Press order!If you are still reading this review and haven't ordered this amazing cologne, then just quit and go back to your Dolce and Gabbana because you are completely hopeless and will be a metrosexual for life.

Smell Great with the Outlaw’s Life

This is great. Rub the wax enough to warm it up a bit, hit the pulse points, and you’ll smell great for hours. Imagine walking into a saddle store, or camping in the Sierra Nevada; a great earthy, manly, woodsy scent that isn’t overwhelming to others. I can’t see od’ing on this, like I’ve done with spray colognes. Highly recommend for someone looking for a masculine scent. Keep one in the truck, in the backpack or carry a tin in your back pocket (ok, maybe not that). Great product.
