Decent for price point & no greenwashing

I have another Eco Pure Organic Cotton Percale Duvet and its MY FAVORITE blanket ever. So i was stoked to see that there was another Eco Pure duvet listedPros:- Cute striped pattern.- GOTS Certified Organic Cotton (dont ever buy anything listed as organic if a GOTS certification number isnt provided in the listing AND on the tag)- Great price point for organic cotton- Washes wellCons:- Its a little on the thin side.- I HATE all duvet button closures. I wish all duvets would switch to a covered zipper... with that said, i haven't had any problems with these button ....other than the fact that they're a pain in the a$$. But at least they're big.Conclusion-I'd recommend the purchase.... especially if buying organic is important to you but you dont have the budget for standard organic prices.

Looks used --arrived all wrinkled and no tags

Overall the comforter looks good, but the "Garment washed for added softness" makes no sense and it is washed indeed and it looks USED all wrinkled like it stayed too long in the dryer with many other things on top. I always wash my new bedding anyway--but to have it arrive so "washed" and wrinkled up without any tags to indicate newness was a bit of a shock because it looks like they had them in a hotel somewhere and decided to resell them. No such thing as bedding "washed for added softness", particularly when they smell so TOXIC and it's supposed to be organic cotton no less. Now what exactly were they washed with that they smell like pesticide? I do need them and the price was reasonable compared to all the $100+ ones but there is something very fishy going on with where they are from--I expect the hotels that are going out of business perhaps that they have so many "washed" items to sell as new. I will have to see if that smell comes out in the wash--if not I am returning it for sure.****--Update.!!! the awful pesticide smell came out and the wrinkling stretched out after I washed it and let it dry properly. So I gave it another star because overall the product is fine--just how it arrived is NOT acceptable. I am not a fan of ironing, so don't get me wrong, I am not a clean freak, but the way it arrived was just unacceptable for a new garment, especially bedding, something that you put close to your skin. No need to wash them after they are sawed together unless they are sawed in not to clean conditions and get really dirty. Something is off with these things--and this needs to be addressed. The cotton material gets pre-washed, not the finished garment to arrive looking like it's been used. This needs to be addressed by the manufacturer and tags are also an indication that something is new--but these items had NO TAGS either.
