This peach perfect Creatine Powder, in Strawberry Acai flavor, tastes amazing! It dissolves very easily in anything g you add it too. I just add mine to a bottle of water or fruit smoothie. It does seem to give me a boost of energy on days I use it over the days not used. It's really easy to use, tastes great, dissolves easily and doesn't leave any grittyness in whatever you add it too. I'm pleased and would recommend. Will definitely be getting again.

It includes a standard 5g dosage of creatine monohydrate and also contains 1g of hydrolyzed collagen and 1g BCAA 2:1:1. The 2:1:1 ratio contains leucine, isoleucine, and valine, with a higher amount of leucine to help muscle growth and repair. The sunflower-derived BCAAs are vegan-friendly and sustainable, but I can’t tell from the label where the hydrolyzed collagen is sourced from, and I prefer organic and grass-fed, which this probably isn’t.I actually really like the taste when diluted with 16oz of water, which tones down the sweetness from the stevia that I usually avoid, and this product doesn’t seem overloaded with the sweetener. You should be drinking a lot of water for extra hydration when taking creatine, and I like that this product uses finely milled 200 mesh creatine, making it very easy to dissolve and absorb. This product won’t magically enhance your glutes, but it can certainly assist in that endeavor for both men and women. It is probably the best-tasting creatine mix I’ve tried, so I’ll rate it five stars despite a few mentioned shortcomings for my personal preference.
