Rough surface, needs sanding.

I’m going to keep this board so I’m giving it three stars instead of one or two and will try a finish it myself. I assumed for the price it would be a much higher quality of workmanship. The surface is very rough so I don’t think there were any human hands finishing it. Nobody would pass this through inspection if you ran your hands over it. I will say it’s very beautiful but not functional.
