This is a very good 85% dark chocolate. I used to buy it quite often, but had to cut back because (like everything) it has gotten a little pricey.

I normally love this chocolate

My last two orders have arrived with bloom. The first one was mostly surface level, so while the texture was not great it was still somewhat enjoyable to eat. The order that arrived yesterday has completely bloomed. I have opened two bars both look the same. The texture is very brittle with a lack of smoothness. While it is still safe to eat, it is not enjoyable. I have been ordering for years and not had this problem, my orders were sent with a gel pack that was still cool on arrival. Very frustrating.

Great taste, but poor delivery

Great flavor and smooth for 85% but It seems that the company would add an ice pack if they were going to deliver 12 chocolate bars on a 90 degree day. The driver dropped it by my fence and I was ready for it( just in case there were no ice packs, which there weren’t) and the packaging was completely ripped apart and the chocolates were melted and had turned colors. I’m surprised they used a bag and not a box to ship.
