I have no adverse effects, no postive changes either

I have no adverse effects from this. But it's only 1 of about 40 supplements I take a day. While I've had a positive experience with this product without adverse effects, it's essential to approach any new supplement with caution, informed by research and professional advice. Here are some general considerations related to the ingredients listed: Folate: Generally safe but taking high doses can mask vitamin B12 deficiency symptoms, potentially delaying diagnosis and treatment. Quercetin: While safe for most people in moderate amounts, high doses can cause kidney damage. Maca Extract: Considered safe for most people, but its effects on hormone levels could make it inappropriate for individuals with hormone-sensitive conditions. Fenugreek Extract: May affect blood sugar levels, which could be risky for diabetics if not monitored. It can also interact with blood-thinning medications. Oligopeptide (Humanofort): As a less commonly studied ingredient, its long-term effects and potential interactions are not well-documented. DIM (Diindolylmethane): May alter hormone levels, potentially affecting individuals with hormone-sensitive conditions such as breast, uterine, or ovarian cancer, or those on hormone therapy. Boron: Generally safe in small amounts; however, high doses can lead to toxicity, affecting fertility, hormones, and kidney health.

This is a review for the NuEthix Jumpstart EC 120 capsule supplement. The price was $56.99 when I ordered it.The packaging was secure, with tamperproof safety seals around the outside of the bottle and under the lid. The capsules are large-ish, so they may be challenging to swallow for those who struggle with big pills. The label uses smaller than average text, which makes it hard to read. The placement of the bar code sticker over sections of the label with text also is kind of annoying. The label recommends taking 4 pills per day, so this is presumed to be a one month supply of the supplement. I recently started exercising daily, so I’m still assessing the health benefits of this supplement. I’m not lifting weight at present but doing intense cardio cycling, so the results I’m seeing may not be as obvious as they might be for weightlifters. I can see how this seems to be giving an energy boost and I assume it will help with my endurance. Not sure I’m perceiving any hormone/testosterone impact yet.

Looks good on paper

I have not seen nor experienced a difference and a month may not be long enough to see changes. Hard to day yes or no after 30 days

Great supplement!

This is a one month supply of the supplement. The instructions are to take 4 capsules per day. The capsules are coated so they are easy to swallow. I am looking forward to more energy and a testosterone boost.
