Imagine if you dilute regular dog shampoo 16:1. That's what this shampoo looks like at 16:1. It's not concentrated at all. It's just watery.The instructions say we can use it straight up or dilute it. I recommend straight up. Giving 3 stars for false advertising. It's not really concentrated, at least not like I expect concentrated to look like.
