Product came leaking-not too terribly, but still. No safety seal. It’s also the most liquid-y shampoo I have ever seen (see video). I’ve never bought this particular product before, but none of the other BB’s products I’ve gotten have ever looked this way, so I hope it’s authentic. Does not have a scent to speak of, which is true to what is advertised. Overall, I’ll give it a go, but I don’t think this will last very long with it’s consistency.

Was skeptical as we tried a few different things for our fur babies dry patches she was developing. After only one use of the shampoo we noticed a difference on her skin and her hair was starting to come in again. She wasn't scratching as much and seemed less irritated. I will be giving her another bath soon with the shampoo to help with more areas she seems to be developing and of course consulting with our veterinarian if we notice any other changes.

Finally something that actually soothes my dogs sensitive skin and hot spots instead of irritating them! He’s much more comfortable after his baths now and it also seems to be helping his hot spots heal. It’s taking time but I’ve also tried so many other products and like this brand the best. I also use the hot spot spray on his spots, it doesn’t seem to bother him. Just make sure your dog doesn’t lick it after especially on hot spots because the moment they lick it off they are not only removing the medicine, but also putting bacteria on the area. I have a blowup donut cone I put on him after spraying. But so far so good! And his hot spots are much lighter in color than they were before using this product (as shown in pics, I don’t have any from when they were really bad this is after a few baths and after using the spray multiple times a day)

My Golden Retriever boy gets horrible hot spots during the warmer months and I've never found anything that helped sooth his skin until this.I noticed the constant rubbing, scratching, back rolling, face scratching, biting, and every other allergy induced behaviour has significantly reduced. He's not fully off his e-collar yet because he still has an active hot spot, but he seems a lot more comfortable.I even washed his active hot spot directly with this soap and and since there's no smell (no added fragrances) it helped clean all the gunk out, with a little warm water and salt poured directly onto the hot spot, it's healing nicely!I will definitely be repurchasing this soap!

This stuff worked wonderfully on my dogs hot spot. I used in combination with some hot spot spray, but I know the shampoo is great because it was gentle and helped with the healing process.
