Just ok - Revised, Great Customer Service!!

My original comments still stand on this cup. However, the seller has contacted me and kindly provided a refund for my trouble and noted a new version of their lid will be ready in a month or so and asked I try it out for them. Which I will gladly do. This company is customer focused and a pleasure to work with. I’m anxious to try the new lid which I expect will make the cup MUCH better. I’ll revise my review again once I have a chance to use the new version.This cup is only ok if you are looking for an alternative to metal coffee cups. It will keep coffee hot about an hour, warm for another hour. The real downside is the lid. It has a sliding cover that will fall out very easily. It has rubber pads on the sliding cap that uses heat to Krissy it in place. But once it cools off the sliding cap will fall out if you tilt the cup. The rubber grip is good. Not sure there are better glass cups, this one is ehh.

Not only is this mug cute but my hot Coffee tastes better than when I drink from a stainless steel mug. My husband and I both agree ❤️ It’s easy to hold and has no leakage. Good value for your money. It’s the perfect size and weight for travel.

I've been raving about double-walled borosilicate glassware for years -- it does a great job with hot or cold drinks. While it won't keep them hot/cold for quite as long as an insulated steel container, it's still does a very good job, holding the temperature for at least an hour or two. In addition, there's no condensation on the outside. And glass is just plain better than plastic.I was having a hard time finding a double-walled tumbler that had a lid and was protected enough to take in the car, but the ecoBrew is great for at home or on-the-go use. The silicone sleeve and bottom "boot" give just enough protection from slight bumps. Now it's glass, so I wouldn't expect it to survive a hard fall, however. So don't be a klutz!The 16-ounce size works well for lattes made at home (as in the video) or the "grande" size from your local Green Goddess.At first, I was tempted to purchase a similar cup with an all-glass lid from another seller, but I decided the plastic lid on this one was more practical, since it had a better seal to prevent spills. Also, the opening is just big enough for a straw, so it's easier--and safer--to sip while driving. (My car yells at me to "Keep your eyes on the road" if I tip a cup up to drink while driving...)All in all, I'm a big fan of the ecoBrew tumbler and recommend it highly.

Versatile travel coffee mug - hot or cold

I love this cup! Looks stunning, keeps drinks tasting perfect and is just the right size for my morning coffee. I have tried my coffee both hot and cold in it and it handles temperature well - I think because of the material that it’s made of - it is not too heavy and comfortable to handle. I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews about breakage but mine's been solid for a while and the lid works just fine. I think maybe how we handle it matters? Definitely recommend giving it a try, especially if you like the style and care about how pure your coffee tastes!
