These tablets are like alkaseltzer. The fizz until they dissolve. Which is a bit different from most mix-ins out there. I have tried a lot of them! The flavor of these is good, especially if you are fan of ginger. They definitely deliver that spicy ginger zang. The lemon flavor is secondary, and much more subtle. I would be interested in trying other flavors from this brand. I feel the best features of this product are the ones that set it apart from other water mix-ins on the market. The tablets are super portable and the tube of 10 tablets take up much less space than would 10 of the tear-open envelopes you tend to see with powders. These tablets also dissolve more quickly and more evenly than the powders that I more frequently use. It totally bums me out when I take a drink from my water bottle and get a mouthful of undissolved powder. That is a non-issue with the Drinklits. While I didn't dislike the flavor of the ginger-lemon variety, I don't think I would select the flavor again. I did appreciate that the flavor was natural tasting. At the price point of twenty five dollars for 20 mix-ins I would have to find a flavor that I really loved to commit to repurchasing.

They did a good job with the flavoring of these tablets. While not overpowering, they are very present and taste more genuine than some of the other chemical-like artificial flavorings I have experienced. I would describe the ginger and lime flavor as refreshing. As you can see in my photo, the tablets are too big to drop directly into most standard size water bottles. However, the tablets are scored and break apart very easily, and I would actually recommend breaking them up so that they can dissolve faster. In the video I attached, you can see they dissolve well and are nice and fizzy. Once fully dissolved, the color of the water is a slight cloudy yellowish grey, and I did not notice any of the bits of the tablet settling to the bottom after it was mixed. It is easy to drink, and in my opinion better if consumed chilled or cold. Overall, I would say they are quite decent, and I would recommend them.

I am enjoying these Drinklits Ginger-Lime Daily Hydration Tablets. Each tube contains 10 tablets that quickly dissolve in the recommended 16 ounces of water. The tablets are also scored and snap in half easily for a smaller serving size. The tubes seal tightly and make it so easy to toss into a purse, backpack, or desk drawer.The amount of water used can be adjusted to personal taste preference. When I used these in a larger amount of water, I only noticed a light sweet flavor and wasn't sure that I detected the ginger. When used in the 16 ounces recommended, I did notice a light gingery flavor with a bit of citrus and light to moderate sweetness. The ginger was not spicy or biting like fresh ginger can sometimes be, but is a pleasant flavor.For those who may have a sensitivity to ingredients: the packaging does note that this contains soy. The sweeteners used include Sorbitol and Stevia Leaf Extract.

If you ever needed something to help out with hydration on the go or just to flavor your water these aren't bad. A nice ginger lime taste in a package that keeps the tablets safe and is easy to carry. Each tablet takes a few minutes to dissolve once placed in a drink. It does give the water a slight fizz but also give a good lime taste.I really like this idea just for flavoring water regardless of if it works for hydration.

One of the best things you would notice right away if you get them is that they have a great taste while providing really wonderful hydration.These are extremely well set for dehydration needs as well as helping out with the hot weather. Also, they are great to travel with and are not heavy at all.
