great slim tube to throw in a backpack. I've been enjoying these both at home while doing yard work or in Disneyland. I can use one in a 40oz tumbler for a light flavor or two for a stronger flavor. I don't like overly sweet drinks so these are perfect. Unlike liquid iv these don't have a noticeable saltyness.Dissolve quick and easy in ice water.

These are super tasty and help keep me hydrated on hot summer days at the pool! They’re easy to throw in my purse or pool bag to bring with us. I like that i can have so many servings in such a small container. They dissolve easily in water after a few minutes and taste good. I like mixing it with a little fruit juice as well. They dissolve fully and i don’t notice any pieces left in my cup. Great electrolytes and quality ingredients.

Much easier to carry in a bag than the little pouches that often get punctured in a bag.

These hydration tablets are very easy to use and taste pretty good. No hydration tablets taste great, but these taste OK. The orange is pretty good, but tastes like most other ones and i just chug it down. The one issue is they do take a long time to dissolve so not the easiest if you are in a hurry, but just drop in a glass or bottle of water and wait for a bit. They are very easy to travel with and the containers are nice and easy to open.

I got the 4 pack of orange flavor. The flavor itself is a little tangy and took a little to get used to.I'm one of those people who like just a little flavor in my water. The instructions say to add one tab to 16oz. water. That is WAY too strong in my opinion. I use a half tab in a 24oz. water bottle and find that to be perfect.Instructions also say to use one per day, so I use the two halves in two bottles and drink unflavored water the rest of the day.These definitely encourage me to drink more water which is supposedly good for you.
