Tastes like a fizzy soda without all the calories. Comes in a large pack of 6. Packaging is easy to use, just take off the cap and you can pop out a tablet. There's an indentation in the middle if you want to use only half, but I just use a full one with a lot of water.I ordered the orange flavor, kinda similar to the orange sodas you can find in the mart. Not too sweet. Dissolves pretty easily, no excessive stirring needed. These are good to have on hand if you struggle with staying hydrated and work out a lot/work out in the heat! I was quite surprised how easy and delicious this was. I simply dropped one tablet into 16 ounces of water and it fizzed for a few minutes, I gave it a quick stir, and started drinking. The tablet was completely dissolved, and the taste was great, not like medicine, but also not diluted.
