Nice scent that relaxes you

I don’t expect an oil blend to be the sole relief of my nights of insomnia or trouble falling asleep but I think the ability to breathe in a lovely scent while in bed helps the body to relax and this does that for me. It’s a lovely blend that I enjoy using. Since I don’t have an essential oil diffuser in my bedroom, I simply put a few drops of the oil on a cotton ball on the nightstand next to my bed. Is the perfect amount and I can smell it while drifting off to sleep without needing to diffuse it in the air.I’ve have several bottles of essential oils from this brand and I’ve been happy with all of them. The quality is really nice.

This is a very nice essential oil blend for insomnia. It has a warming, woody scent with a mild floral note to it. I use it in an ultrasonic diffuser prior to bedtime. It calms and helps unwind my mind. I feel that I sleep better and wake up less in the middle the night.The ingredients are: Bergamot Mint (Mentha citrata), Cedarwood- Himalayan (Cedrus deodara), Myrtle (Myrtus communis), Rhododendron (Rhododendron anthopogon), Ho Wood (Cinnamomum camphora), Laurel Leaf (Laurus nobilis), Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Melissa (Melissa officinalis), Magnolia (Magnolia x alba).This comes in an amber glass bottle with an Euro-style dropper under a tamperproof cap. It seems pure and natural. A tiny essential oil sample is included as a bonus, which is a nice touch. Overall, I'm really pleased with this oil blend. It is therapeutic and helpful. I would recommend giving it a try. Good product.

Mix feeling about this scents

This is Insomnia Aid blend. It said best for help sleep. I don’t really like the whole aroma when I smell from the bottle. It’s too strong for me.Then I put into my diffusion it become more enjoyable. I feel it has the minty top notes and then have some grassy or lemon likes flavor after. If I sniff deeply then it become unpleasant. I am not sure why, but it has many complex scent going on which I am not familiar. For me this is not a clean scent.I have own some oils at other brands, I think this is more a100% pure essential oil not the cheap smells. So I gave this review is mostly for its overall good quality and value not for the scents.
