Ethique Hair Sampler - Vegan Shampoo & Conditioner Bars, Plastic-Free Travel Set - 5 Mini Bars

I've never used solid shampoo and conditioner but decided to buy these for a trip abroad. They were easy to pack and allowed me to bring other liquid products in my carry on. Using them for the first time took a bit of effort because I had to work up a good lather but I quickly got used to them. Throughout my trip my hair felt clean and there was little to no frizz. It was great. Overall, would definitely buy again for travel.

I tried another similar product, which did not work for me. These soaps, however, work well. My hair is not as soft as with liquid shampoo, but the effect lasts longer.Hearts are cute and there is a good variety for different kinds of scalp and hair conditions.

Easy to pack.

A change in meds prompted me to seek out solutions for a resurgence of super-sensitive scalp issues and none of the liquid fragrance-free options were cutting it. One wasn't regularly available, one made too much of my hair fall out, etc. I had used shampoo bars in the past and loved the lack of bottles taking up shelf space and needing to be rinsed and thrown out.I took the quiz and found a couple of those recommendations in a trial pack (I love when companies offer these, if only to save me from having to get rid of a surplus of product that isn't working for me). I've been using these for about 6 months now and am very pleased with the results. Scalp is manageable and hair is soft/easy to de-tangle (on par with liquid shampoo/conditioner results, in my opinion). I've yet to try the full-size bars because the trial size, with it's two shampoo bars and a conditioner bar that wears down more slowly, is more than sufficient for me to use (lasts about a month with an every-other-day washing routine), is easier to travel with, and hardly takes up any space in the shower.
