Cleans, Exfoliates, and Moisturizes

I love to keep a tube of exfoliating moisturizers in the shower so it's easy to use and clean up. You can still put it on "dry" skin by using it immediately with your back to the shower, but I've also used it with the shower on and found it still did a great job. This exfoliating product leaves an oily layer to your skin to keep in moisture. I can see how some would not like this, but I personally like the way it sits on my skin. I haven't had any negative reactions to the product and the scent is so mild it does not irritate.Overall, I like this, and while I wouldn't necessarily spend this kind of money on this, it does do what it promises, while using safe ingredients.

More work/steps to do something I'd rather do more efficiently

I didn't care for this product all that much for a couple of reasons. It's a multi-step process, where you apply to your dry skin, rub it in/around, then add some water to form a milky substance, rub some more. Then rinse off.And since it's oil based, you're left with soft of a slick feeling after, not really feeling cleansed. As far as its exfoliating properties, it seems to do just fine. Gentle, but some small beads to rub away dead/old skin. But I'm currently using another exfoliating face wash that I use in the shower, and I prefer the single step of just applying it with wet hand, rubbing it around, then washing it off and your face feels not only exfoliated, but also clean.I think this could perhaps make sense if you have very dry skin or in a very dry time of the year where you want some oil added to your skin. But personally, I'd rather just use moisturizer. So this doesn't really fit into my preferred skin regimen, so while this isn't problematic enough for me not to finish it over time, it's not something I'd choose to buy again personally. But I do very much admire the effort to make a clean, natural, vegan product.

Super citrus scented

This is like a yellow paste/gel, it goes on hard to spread on dry skin but you don't need a lot and then when you add water it starts to do it thing with little microbeads and soapiness. I wouldn't say foam but it could have been in i used more. The scent is divine and smells like lemons to me but it says orange i think. The skin feels softer after washing but i didn't like the microbeads in it and it took longer to wash off them other foaming cleansers.

Luxuriously Exfoliating... but not Cleansing

This is a slightly viscous gel with tiny wax beads that exfoliate. It's made of natural product (oil-based), and, when applied, needs to be mixed with a splash of water to form a light milk (see photo of the back of my hand). It smells nice, but is not overpowering, and leaves a little moisturizing effect following the exfoliation process. In fact, this is more moisturizing than cleaning. This doesn't irritate sensitive skin. This is a comfortable exfoliant, if but a little expensive. I would have expected more of a cleansing effect during an exfoliation.

Bead Skin Exfoliator: Fun to Use

Only 2.5 fl oz, this tube of non-abrasive exfoliator comes in a simple tube, but fancy box. My wife helped with this review. She says that it feels gentle on her skin and has a very light fragrance and that the tiny beads feels fun on her face. She says she wasn't sure how long to continue running the circle on her face so she stopped fairly quickly. After washing the product off with warm water, she splashed cold water on her face and applied a little night cream. She says that it left a tingly feeling which she welcomed. She highly recommend this product, and gives it a strong 5 star rating!
