Use all the time it works keeps ticks away. Only thing is a strong essential oil scent so I'm careful which clothes I spray it on. I also spray on hands and wipe on skin for even coverage.
It works well for us. We live in a wooded area and have a lot of ticks. I haven’t found any on me when I use this stuff. I like knowing I’m not putting harsh chemicals on my skin too.

I haven't been anywhere where there are a ton of bugs to know if this works in extreme conditions, but when I'm just going for a walk/hike on the trails in the Colorado mountains, it keeps the mosquitos from biting. I really like the quality of the spray bottle as well. It has a locking feature so it won't accidentally get the oil all over your stuff when your toting it places. The spray lever is easy to pull and the spray is generous. And the smell isn't bad. It has a nice piney-spicey scent to it. This is my go-to bug spray now.
I haven't actually tried the repellent but was recommended it by my sister who said it works well. Only writing a review to suggest better packaging to ship as it was leaking out into the box. It smells very nice though and I'm thankful to have it as we have ticks in our area.
