GOLDFADEN MD Eye Defy Radiance Restoring Treatment - Reduces Fine Lines, Hydrates - 0.5oz

I have been using this almost daily however I have a really strange reaction to something in it. When I first apply it within a minute or two my skin goes red and It makes me look like a racoon. This is similar to a reaction I have had with another product and I think it's very unusual. I will continue using this because it takes only a couple minutes for my skin to look better than before I applied the eye cream. It makes my eye area look more youthful which is the most important thing for me. I only mentioned my odd reaction as I might not be the only one who seems to be sensitive to what must be a fairly common skin care ingredient.

There is certainly a lot to like about this eye treatment:- I tested this product on the area around one eye for several weeks. Overtime, the fine lines around that eye appear less deep and/or sharp.- The tube has a ceramic applicator which also helps cool and soothe the area during each application.- The cream is non-irritating and absorbs quickly leaving a clean, moisturized feel.- The size of this product is small, but a small amount goes a long way. (The applicator and "stopper" cap really help minimize any wasted product)

When you squeeze the tube, the product comes out of a hole in the applicator and then you use the applicator to smooth it under and around your eyes. Since the applicator is made of ceramic, it feels cold to the touch. I really enjoy using the applicator under my eyes because it feels so good!This eye treatment has the consistency of a lotion and it spreads very easily--you do not need to use much. I found that it moisturizes my under eye area very well and I especially like to use it before I use concealer in the morning, even though it's advertised as a product to be used overnight. However, when I use it I do NOT get the dramatic results from the pictures used in the description--no matter if I use it in the night or daytime.Overall, this is a good eye product but I'm not sure what makes the cost so much more than drugstore eye creams/lotions, as it performs similarly to eye products that cost half as much or less.
