Tastes and smells good

This product smells wonderful and tastes good too. It mixes well with juices and adds flavor plus vitamins to plain sparkling water. It does have the very slightest aftertaste, think Flintstones chewables ha ha ha. I took it daily for somewhere between 2-3 weeks and it never upset my stomach the way some vitamins can but I also don't feel/see any benefits from it either.

Seems to be a good eye health supplement

I've been taking this eye health supplement every other day for the past two weeks and I've suffered no detectable ill effects or issues. As far as detectable positive effects, I can't say that I've noticed anything specific, but supplements like this are more for long term health.I keep these packets in the refrigerator and they are very easy and pleasant to take. I can say that the blood orange flavor is spot on and these taste very much like blood oranges. There is no aftertaste or other strange flavors that I can detect.I'm not sure that having 30 indestructable plastic and foil packets are the best way to deliver this supplement. It seems like the same thing could be accomplished with a glass bottle and a teaspoon, and probably for a lot less money. And the price is definitely an issue at $50 for a 30 day supply.Overall, I can't say that my eyesight is any better or worse, they are tasty and easy to take, but they are very expensive.

I have been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks now. I spend a lot of time in front of the computer and eyestrain and dry eyes are a real problem. This package contains 30 gel packs. The packs contain 25mlof a very citrus orange flavored gel. It is very pleasant to the taste. It can be taken straight from the pouch or mixed with liquid. I take mine straight from the pouch. There have been no adverse side effects. In fact it has given me relief from my dry eye symptoms. the ingredients contain the usual eye vitamins lutein and zeaxanthin. It also contains astaxanthin, lycopene, beta carotene and bilberry fruit extract. This is a high quality supplement. I will continue to use this supplement and I highly recommend.
