For my skin, I found Kiehl's Ultra Pure High-Potency 5.0% Niacinamide Serum to be the best product I've tried for controlling oil production. It is fragrance-free, thin-bodied, and dries quickly. In the summertime, my skin gets very oily very quickly, but adding this product as a step in the morning definitely seems to help!
