This face cleanser is fantastic, and I enjoyed the new and unusual aroma of mint and lavender. This is one of the greatest facial washes I've ever used. Excellent quality and performance as a face cleanser. This is a product that I would suggest. It's really gentle on the skin and does a wonderful job of cleansing, however I do need to use a very soft pad or washcloth to properly remove while washing. It does not dry out my skin and does not irritate me in any way. It appears to be clean and calming.

I like to use this cleanser in the morning, while taking a shower, as it has some of the refreshing ingredients I used to add separately to my morning routine - glycolic acid, salicylic acid, peppermint oil, coconut oil and lavender oil. Whenever my skin looks like it is breaking out, I end up adding tea tree oil to my routine - and this cleanser has all of those ingredients. After washing my face in circular motions in the shower under warm water, it cleanses off dead skin and feels wonderful. The oils help hydrate the skin after peeling off the dead skin and I follow up with an SPF and start my makeup routine. I personally felt better using this cleanser in the morning after I woke up, instead of at night. I didn’t feel like it fully removed all my make up at night, and stuck with my previous cleanser & routine.I have slightly acne prone, sensitive, pale skin with hyperpigmentation and melasma. I like this product. I live in a very humid area and, in the summer, I feel like I can never really get my face clean. This facial soap cuts through the oil with the high percentage of glycolic acid. BUT it also has a lot of oil in it itself (for moisturizing I am sure) and can leave my skin feeling very oily if I don’t follow it up with a regular facial cleaner. I have only used this in the summer. I will probably scale back in the winter or maybe not follow up with a different facial cleanser. I have noticed that it has been drying out the inside of my nostrils so I am trying to be careful not to let this soap touch the inside of my nose. I also do not wash too close to my eyes with it. If you are acne prone, I think you will want to follow with a facial cleanser. I believe it can help acne, but I don’t have acne. Years ago I used a facial soap called Clear Results/Clear Logix. It was fantastic because it had glycolic acid in it. This is the best I have found since that cleanser was discontinued around 2002. I received it in a timely manner as promised.

Im confused on this product. Its says its an acne cleanser but its has coconut and olive oils. For some, those will make acne worst and I dont see this labeled as non comedogenic although if you go to their website they list one of the oils as non comedogenic. I find the product contradictory to have so many oils plus the glycolic and salicylic acids. I dont feel any tingling of the acids or peppermint or tea tree essential oils. It doesn't smell like any of these either, its smells like plastic. For a natural/organic product it doesn't smell like any of the ingredients. It also leaves a weird film on your skin after you wash, not a clean feeling, feels like putty was rubbed on my face. Its very weird and im not sure why it does that but it doesn't interfere with any other product I put on afterward or makeup. Ill use this bottle up and see how its goes but im not sure ill buy again.Edit 12/7/18: I reordered this since it worked so well. I am also increasing my review to 5 stars. After using this for several months it really got my skin clear, not only in terms of fewer breakouts, but my pores are smaller and my overall complexion is much better. I still think my face feels like putty after I dry my face and it sorta smells like putty, but hey it works!

Works fine, lasted a long while. I have sensitive skin and did not feel a burning sensation, but I only left it on for a minute before rinsing off. The cleanser is thick, so I had to store the bottle upside-down (a little tricky). Reordering.
