I shook this toner and applied it to my face with a cotton ball after seeing a lot of irritation and inflammation. It felt like water going on, no tingling or cooling or anything noticeable. It absorbed nicely. I did notice a slight reduction in the redness but not as much as that which comes from splashing with cold water. Since my face seems to be undergoing constant irritation, I can't say that this product caused any ill effects. It seems very gentle and there is no scent whatsoever. So I think it did a good job of relieving my skin and is probably great to use daily to balance it out.UPDATE: The more I used this toner, the more it seems to keep redness away. It also does a great job removing orange skin staining from Vitamin C oxidation. So this toner is more along the lines of one that can be used every day without any harsh effects while evening out your complexion. It's very gentle so you won't necessarily notice drastic changes unless your skin is experiencing some inflammation. I like this because some toners are aimed at other specific purposes which you might overdo with time but you can slap this on any day and know you are nourishing your skin.

When I first opened the package, I had to unscrew the cap and remove the safety seal. More than half of the safety seal was not sealed down on the bottle.95% of the writing on the box is in Korean. I used google translate to read it but it only had a generic “apply to your skin and let it absorb.” I don't know at what point in the beauty cleaning routine I should use thisThe product listing gives some information on the product itself, but the instructions are clearly for a different product.I decided to try some on my hands and go from there. There's zero scent to it (which is fine). After rubbing it on my hands, it stayed tacky and sticky - I ended up just washing it off.I don't know. Nothing about this experience fills me with any confidence, and given that I have sensitive skin on my face, it's probably best for me to not use it.
