I think these gummies are the most delicious supplements I've ever tasted. I've been taking these for the past nearly two months. They taste much like fruit-flavored gummy rings, which is a terrific way to encourage you to eat more fiber. I can now digest food better, which has made me more consistent.
So I got the package and thought wow this is really heavy for some gummy fibers, well they used the stuff to keep them cool and "fresh" and the gel from it was EVERYWHERE!! Even under the lid when I took it off. Good thing the seal was still on them. I tried one and their SUPER chewy! Like hurt my teeth chewy. I'm gonna give these a try for a week or 2 just because I'm desperate but they need a better shipping option!
These are great. They help keep my son regular and he loves that he gets extra “candy”. Kids dose is typically 4g these are 5g so barely different but monitor your own situation.
