Lovely blend & well packaged

Lovely blend of adaptogenic herb Ashwagandha and delicious spices for a kind of golden latte traditional type of drink with a healthy twist and no caffeine so I can drink it any time. Tasty on its own with some warm frothed coconut milk and honey and I also enjoyed adding some to my traditional black tea chai in the morning. It comes in a beautiful amber glass jar and was well packaged.

Easy to mix, but strong flavor

I love strong tea and chai, so when I saw the ingredients in this golden milk mix, I thought I would love it as well. This was just too strong for me personally and I couldn’t drink it. I think there is one flavor (not sure which) that just wasn’t for me. It smells delicious and was easy to mix smoothly with warm milk, but even with the suggested add-ins of ghee and sweetener, it was too strong for my taste.

Finally got to try this

So I ordered this a few weeks ago but I didn’t get to try it because I. Had some different stuff going on. I finally tried it tonight. I’m not one to drink warm milk so I mixed it in with cold milk. It was kind of difficult to mix smoothly, but a whisk or whatever would probably do it quickly and easily. The flavor was good. It wasn’t too much at all. It was a calming relaxing flavor. In fact, I probably will try mixing it with water and try it warm like a tea.I am excited to see all of the benefits bc these ingredients are known to be very helpful to the body.

Golden Milk

Wasn't sure what to expect here having never herad of this, but after reading the other reviews, decided to give this a try before sleep for a week, and though I can't speak to specific health benefits, I did notice that I seemed to get a better night sleep with less waking.

Better than my homemade golden milk!

I occasionally make golden milk on my own and have always found it delicious. I wanted a quick mix for making a lazy golden milk before bed and was shocked to find that this mix was tastier than my homemade milk! It makes for a delicious, warming, and anti-inflammatory drink that can be prepped in minutes. I love the sort of chai flavor as an addition to the turmeric flavor. Excellent taste, easy to use, and quality/fresh ingredients. I'd recommend it!
