After using it about a dozen times, I was unable to notice any side effects. Taste is Okay and, if you look at the contents, there is some good stuff in this powder. Add to the above a rather small amount of carbohydrates and you have one supplement that is likely harmless.As for the benefits, it's hard to tell. It's possible that, if ingested daily for a long time, some positive outcomes could be observed but, I suspect, outcomes vary from person to person. So, since it appears to be harmless, a little experimenting should be a small risk.

It tastes of berries and is not overly sweet. I cannot validate any health claims, as my balanced diet provides enough bacteria for the gut. My wife did not notice anything either, despite this product being aimed at women. So, for me, it will be a nice drink to quench some thirst, but nothing more.
