This castor oil works great and Velona gives you three different choices for dispensing. 1. a closed cap2. a cap that opens when pressed 3. a pump dispenser . The pump dispenser is my favorite for daily use. Yes castor oil is inherantly thick, but soaks into the skin by morning. You can use mix it with a little bit of sweet almond oil to thin out the castor oil. Using this castor oil on my face has become a night time ritual. It does not leave grease/oil on my pillow.

It really helps my hair growth and skin moisture. I don’t use other carrier oil so it is kinda sticky to apply evenly. I am fine with it since I will wear gloves to apply it and massage my scalp at the same time. Therefore, castor oil will be absorbed effectively. To me, the only drawback is the smell.
