I love this oil! I have been using it in my curls and have noticed less breakage. It does not weigh my curls down, but a little goes a long way. I have also been applying to my scalp before a shower as a pre-poo. The scent is too strong for me personally, but I do notice that my hair looks nicer since using it.

I recently purchased the Rizos Curls strengthing oil, and the scent is lovely. It comes in a nice glass bottle, and the product arrived quickly. When using this product, remember that a little goes a long way. The oil is thick, so apply a little at a time. The first time I used it, I applied too much, and it left my hair feeling dirty and oily. The second time around, I applied less, and my hair felt soft and shiny. The oil does have a strong lavender scent, which I personally love, so if you're sensitive to smells, this isn't the product for you.

I have 2B hair with oily scalp, some itching, and dry coarse ends. I normally use a few drops of tea tree oil with my shampoo to help combat the itch, but I am always on the lookout for scalp detoxifying hair products. I've also heard great things about this brand from other wavy/curly girlies and have been wanting to try their products for a while. So when I saw this oil, I had to get it.Just after the first use I noticed a huge change in my scalp! The directions say it can be used as a pre-poo scalp treatment, or you can massage a few drops into clean hair. Because I have an oily scalp, I only use it before I shower. I'll use about 3-4 droppers full of oil (I have a lot of hair!) and massage that throughout my entire scalp with my fingertips or a silicone brush. Wait about an hour and then jump into the shower. It's got a very strong lemon-y herbal scent that I don't like at all.. But this oil makes my scalp feel so nice and clean that I endure it as long as I can while it's in my hair. This product also contains tea tree oil but it doesn't feel minty or tingly at all. Both are not deal breakers to me, but I just wanted to mention them in case it does matter to anyone.Usually my scalp gets itchy the next or second day after washing my hair, but ever since I started using this weekly, I haven't had any itching whatsoever. So not only does my scalp feel clean and comfortable, I have also able to extend my wash day. It's a decent sized bottle and I still have more than half a bottle left after 2 months. Very worth the price. I'm thinking of trying the Nourishing Oil next!
