This is oil based not wax based

The product works very well and is quickly becoming my favorite. I noticed that some of the negative reviews are due to the individuals not properly reading the product description. I like to use it on my hair wash day. I use it to slick back my hair in bun when I go to work or the gym. It lasts all day and feels more gentle on my hair than, gel products. I like to use a clarifying shampoo to remove it.
