Gerard Cosmetics Highlighter Palette Trio - Luminous Glow, Vegan & Cruelty-Free - 3 Shades

This comes in an outer product box. It is made in the US. It is vegan and cruelty free. The ingredients are listed on the back of the palette. There’s a separate ingredient for each shade. There is talc and mica in all 3.The palette is cardboard with shiny, reflective gold on the outside and inside. It’s lightweight. There is a mirror in the lid. It’s pretty darn small. It would have been nice if they at least made it closer to the size of the lid. I don’t get why they made it so small, especially in a 3 pan palette they’re charging $28.95 for (at the time of writing this review).There’s 3 different options. I got “Honeymoon.” They are all matte. I LOVE that the product page has a photo showing swatches that are labeling telling you which is which AND a description of the shades -“Wifed Up” - “A warm apricot blush that gives the skin a healthy radiance. Dust it on the apples of your cheeks to bring your look to life.”“First Class” - “A soft plum mauve for a feminine flush. This blush color plays well with cool-toned or smokey eye looks.”“#4EVER” - “Endless summer in a buttery smooth bronzer. This product looks seamless on the skin and blends in with ease. Sun kissed perfection is served.”In the product photo of the swatches, the shades “Wifed Up” and “#4EVER” look really similar, like they won’t be that different on. So I was hoping they be different enough you could notice it once you put it on. Otherwise it’s like you’re only getting 2 shades instead of 3, just you get more product of 1 than the other.In person they actually look like the swatches in the product photo, which I was happy about. #4EVER is described as “endless summer in a buttery smooth bronzer.” It’s a very light bronzer shade. It isn’t too warm, but warm enough. I like that it’s not so warm so it doesn’t have an orange look to it. First Class is described as a “soft plum mauve” and it is really pretty and gives a nice amount of color to my cheeks without being too much. Wifed Up is described as a “warm apricot blush.” It’s a medium peach. It looked a little oranger than I’d like, but actually worked nice when I used it lightly on my cheeks.#4EVER works great as a bronzer on my fair skin. A lot of times bronzers are too dark for my fair skin and I need to be realllly light handed, and a lot of times they can come off too orange. This one is perfect. It has enough pigment to warm my face up, but not overly so where I need to be careful of how much I apply. I really like that! It also works as a blush too if I just want some slight color. The 2 blushes work well too. Those are more pigmented than the bronzer shade, but they blend out so easily I never feel like I applied too much.They are soft, smooth, and pigmented. They apply nice and even. They look good on, not powdery or dry. They have good pigment, but aren’t overly pigmented where you can easily apply too much. They blend out nice and easy.Overall, I think it’s a nice palette. I thought that #4EVER and First Class looked too similar in the product photo swatches, but they’re actually different enough that I’m okay with it. I do think $28.95 is pretty pricey for this. You get 3 pans that are decent sizes, which breaks down to $9.65 a pan. That isn’t too bad, but the pan sizes aren’t as big as pan sizes I’d get if I got blush and bronzer separately at the drugstore. Personally, I like the formula of these, but I don’t see myself paying this price for it when I could buy similar shades at the drugstore, in bigger pans, even if I had to get them separately. I do really like the bronzer shade because it works so well on my fair skin and I don’t have to be careful with how much I apply and it gives good color to my face. So, that alone could make it worth it for me. But, I’m on the fence about it. I feel like I could find something similar at the drugstore, but I haven’t yet so who knows. I would buy this if I couldn’t find a similar color. If you don’t mind the price, or like that they are all together, this is a great formula and beautiful shades.

This pallet is cute and all, but absolutely not worth the price. The quality is okay at best. The colors are nice and pigmented yet again not worth the price tag.

I ADORE this palette. The #4ever bronzer is PERFECT for me it adds the perfect warmth to my skin without making me look Orange! The blushes are also gorgeous on their own or mixed together. The packaging makes it perfect for travel too! I highly recommend this palette!!!

I ordered this face palette in shade “Honeymoon” and it comes in a very nice packaging but the shades are way lighter than what you see in the swatch pictures. The palette is pretty small size and a good option for travel. It includes of 3 shades, one blush and two bronzer and contour shades. They are pigmented and powdery but blends smoothly on skin. The only reason that I gave it 4 stars is because they ate super glittery and shimmery which I personally don’t like specially for blush.

I got this palette in Honeymoon. There was supposed to be an apricot blush, a plum blush, and a bronzer. That is perfect for me. I love both blush shades and I can always use a bit of color on my pale face.The compact is cardboard and simple. There is a tiny mirror on the inside cover. The three shades aren't exactly as described. The apricot shade is dark orange and applies like an orange highlighter. Tons and tons of shimmer. The plum shade is more of a deep pink but is pretty. It is shimmery but not like the apricot shade. It is very lightly pigmented and subtle. The bronzer is matte and medium-dark. If I mix the blush shades with a little of the bronzer, I can get a pretty flush that isn't too shimmery. It's not bad and, if I play with it, I can get a wearable shade that looks nice but I wouldn't buy this when there are better compacts that cost much less and don't require me mixing shades to get the right amount of shimmer and color.
