Faulty velcro

The icy packs stay cold for longer than others. The problem is one of the Velcro straps doesn’t hold after a few months of use. Since they are pricier than most I expect them to last a bit longer.

Runners should own these

Wow are these great. I love that I can just strap on the ice packs and continue living and not have to be stuck in one position trying to avoid having bags of ice slip off of my legs. They really help to reduce inflammation and soreness post-run when I can't take an ice bath. 100% recommend.

All I can say about this product is... Where have you been all my life???!!! These cold packs are amazing! They're high quality grade. They're thin enough to not be too cumbersome; but thick enough to do the job.What I love about them is that they have velcro on the top and bottom; so they easily wrap around the leg. Normally...when you need a cold pack on your leg, shin, or kneecap...you have to kind of sit still, and not budge; because it'll just slide right off. Now with these velcro attachments...you can actually get up and go to the restroom without taking them off. If you need to go and get you something to drink in the kitchen, and come back to your telly...now you can.You might even be able to use them when you're in the car. I haven't tried that yet. But they are just amazing! I cannot say enough about these.Other than using them on my kneecaps; on my shins; and on my calfs... I've even wrapped one around my foot when it was in pain. I'm telling you...this is probably the best cold pack that I have ever tried. And I have tried many of them.I am sold on these. I'm a believer in these. And I am telling all my friends that I know that have constant aches and pains, to get a pair of these.This package comes in a set of two. So you can use them for both legs. I'm actually seeing if I can try to finagle them to wrap around my arms. Because sometimes I get little aches and pains in my arms.Again... I just can't say enough about these cold packs. Get you a pair! Get them for gifts! You won't be sorry!

Comfortable and a very useful product

I used this product for the first time after TaeKwonDo practice. Although I wish the product was big enough to fit around my thighs for my hamstrings, it was not designed for that so it'll be unfair to base my review on that. I did however, fit it around my calves, shins, and the back of my knee. It did provide good relief. Even without the presence of clothing in between this product and my skin, it surprisingly did not give me a cold burn. I did initially feel that I wished the gel insert can come out and be frozen separately so that way, the outer shell can be the barrier that separates the ice and your skin preventing freezer burns. But like I said, it didn't cause any burning to my skin. My 11 year old also used this product for her knees and she likes it. I highly recommend this product to any athlete or someone who experiences pain from walking or standing for great lengths of time.
