Alo Yoga Immunity Rescue Shot

I wasn't sure what to expect with these but was pleasantly surprised-VERY tasty! These come in 30 individual packets that you tear off at the top and squeeze into your mouth. The taste is very fruity and tart, almost like a grape juice. There was not a "medicinal" taste to these like other immunity formulas I have tried. These are packed with vitamins, probiotics, and superfoods to help your immune system stay strong and healthy, which I always like to do especially approaching colder months. My only "con" to these is the price point is pretty high at $2 each, BUT they keep my from getting sick and taste great then they are well worth it. I noticed that this brand is also sold at very high-end retail stores and the cost is equivalent to the price listed here. I really like these and will continue to use prior to deciding to repurchase.

If you don’t already take vitamins, this may be for you

I like the brand Alo Yoga - they make great activewear - so when I saw this immunity product I was pretty excited to try it.When I ordered it, the listing didn’t include the nutrition panel or list of ingredients. So I was really bummed when I actually got it to see that it has both Stevia and Monk Fruit extracts. Not as bad as Sucralose, etc. but still an aftertaste that I don’t like. And the packets are tiny!I already take C, D & K so I was interested in the other ingredients. On a stressful day or when I find myself in cootieville, I forgo my usual vitamins and take this as an immunity shield. But the small size, the fake-sugar flavor and the cost have me on the fence. The box suggests taking 1-2 daily. I guess if you don’t take any vitamins, the price for this isn’t too bad. C and D are cheap but K is expensive so a case could be made for spending $60/month on this product.Overall, I’ll only use these occasionally but it’d be hard take daily because of (1) price, (2) flavor and (3) it overlaps a great deal with what I already take.

I really like these immunity rescue shots. They have a nice combination of ingredients. Each shot is in a sealed foil pouch. You rip off the top and suck the rescue shot out of the pouch. Each weighs 9 grams, is 5 calories, 4 grams of carbohydrates and 1 gram of fiber. They are sweet, but not too sweet. The flavor is similar to a fruit punch and I find it quite palatable. Each pouch is fully sealed, 4 1/2” tall x 2 1/4” wide x about 1/16” thick. They are portable and easy to take on the go.The supplement facts from the packaging are as follows:Calories 5, total carbohydrates 4 g, dietary fiber 1 g, Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 212 mg, Vitamin D (as ergocalciferol) 14 mcg, Vitamin K (as menaquinone-7) 70 mcg, Zinc (as zinc citrate) 8 mg, Elderberry Juice Extract 350 mg, Reishi Extract 70 mg, Camu Camu Powder 35 mg, Amla Powder 70 mg, Bacillus Subtilsis DE111 10 mg.
