I am familiar with this brand and have used a lot of their skincare products. I believe this is the first time I used one of their face makeup item. I haven't really been using face makeup items because majority of the time my face is covered with a mask. However, since masking restrictions have been lifted I do walk around in the park without a mask as long as I am not within 8 feet of someone.I was super excited to wear makeup again. I have used highlighters before but, this was my first time using an luminizer. The luminizer was creamy and did go on with a pearlescent beige color. However, when I rubbed in the product, it was barely noticeable unless a light source "hit" it. The pot is a bit smaller than I thought it would be but, a little does go a long way. If you are looking for a barely there highlighter with clean organic ingredients, then this would be a good product for you to try.

Sneaky sizing

Ok I’m starting with the negative, and the reason i gave it 3 stars.Squarish box arrives. I unbox it, and there’s a raised pedestal of cardboard in the box, so the ACTUAL pot, is very much smaller, than the box would have you believe. So it’s pricy for the tiny pot.However, the product itself does go a long way, it’s a creamy glowy highlighter, and it’s a cream highlighter, that works wonderfully on bare skin, on primed skin, or skin with foundation. Would be difficult to work into skin that’s had a powder on top, so be careful where you add it into your routine. Goes nice on your brow and cheekbones, and Cupid’s bow if you use a brush. A very pretty universal colour, and a very wearable, even on my older skin.I usually tend to go for a powder highlighter, and i have trouble getting those into my wrinkles, they tend to skim over the top, and entirely miss the wrinkle, with this product, i can stretch out my wrinkle, so ALL my skin gets some shimmer.It’s not glittery neither, and i like that. It’s buildable too, so you can add some more on top, if you want to look even more glowy.I just don’t like the deceptive box.
