Milk boosting

This lactation tea is yummy! The tropical citrus flavor is delicious, and the organic herbs truly work wonders in boosting milk supply. Plus, it's fenugreek-free, which is great for those sensitive to it. Knowing it's from a women-owned company makes it even better.

A decent tasting lactation tea.

I did enjoy the citrusy flavor of this, it's quite better than other lactation teas I have tried. I think the introduction of the citrus helps to smooth over the taste of the other herbs, which honestly can taste horrible if not somehow masked. This takes 5 minutes to steep, and do remove the bags after that because it can be over-steeped if you don't. It tastes good warm but phenomenally better over ice.

Nice Tea

I like the fact that the tea bags can be reused. The tea was delicious. I can’t say it helped as I am looking to increase my supply so personally speaking I am not sure weather to recommend because every woman is different when it comes to lactation. But I would recommend based off of taste and getting your money’s worth.

Seemed to help maintain my supply while I dropped pumps

While I didn't find this to be the most delicious tasting tea, it wasn't bad. But it wasn't exactly the most enjoyable, so after I added some honey, it was great. To be honest though, when I was working on increasing my supply, you could have told me that mud would help and I would have happily ingested it. So if something works, then I could care less how it tastes. I tried this tea when I decided to drop pumps (after nearly 10 months of pumping 7x a day). I was afraid to lose my supply, but my mental and physical health had had enough. I drank this tea 2-3 times a day for a few days. At the beginning, I would steep a new bag each time. I would even double up with a new bag plus previous bag for a stronger effect. Then I began using the same bag for two steeps so I could extend the ones I had left. I can't honestly say that this increased my supply as I was actively dropping a pump, which meant I would be losing (on average) 10% of my supply. What I CAN say is that my supply didn't drop as much as I'd expected. So maybe this helped? I can't tell you for certain, but I do think it helped.I do want to stress that since this contains herbs, you want to be sure that you aren't taking any medications or have any conditions that could be affected by these. I don't believe this has any that would affect me personally, but if it did, I knew I ran the risk of lowering my supply or drying up. I KNOW how you're feeling if you are reading these reviews desperately looking for ways to increase your supply. I've been down this road with both my babies, and hate to tell you that there is no magic answer. If you are having supply issues, please get your thyroid checked. Many women actually get hypo- or hyperthyroidism postpartum, and this isn't talked about nearly enough. That's not all there is to check, but this affected me personally both times, so I can better speak to it. Also, eat tons of (healthy) calories and drink a lot of water. Don't fall for the oreos or lactation cookies or [expensive but risky] supplements, or garbage advice you find on social media. Don't look at everyone else's insanely filled up bottles or full to the brim freezer stashes. Good for them but that's not the norm. Eat a lot of protein (get some bone broth and chug that daily) and healthy fats (nuts, butter, meat, avocado, etc). Take your prenatal, magnesium, and calcium. I wish you the best on this journey, mama. I know it's hard, but you've got this!
