Works for night cramps in my legs.

But there is a huge added plus for me: as a performing guitarist, Leg Cramps also works for finger and cramps! I slip a few under my tongue and am able to resume playing after a break. I keep a bottle in my guitar case, just in case, so to speak.

These WORK!!

When I'm awakened by foot and leg cramps in the night, which is often, these work! Unfortunately, the airline lost my luggage returning from Greece and I spent a couple of days waking up at night with painful foot cramps. I missed my Hyland's. Can't wait to get my hands on the bottle when my luggage arrives. If you haven't tried them, it's a cheap alternative to find out if they work for you. I was told about them by a friend, and I was skeptical, but I'm a believer. Can only say they work for me.

We keep 2-3 bottles on hand 24-7-365.Effectiveness .. 100%Taste .. just a wee bit chalky under your tongue but no gag-worthy flavor. Actually seem to work better with a dry mouth. DON'T take these with water .. let them dissolve.Quality .. 100%Size .. very small, chalky pills. Easy to take. Don't handle them too long before you take them .. they break up and also start to dissolve if your hands are wet in any way. **. We put 2 pills into the cap and take them from there. We try to keep them out of our hands. You'll understand better when you get them.100 PERCENT RECOMMENDED.

I tried these figuring I’d give them a shot. Well they actually work pretty good. I get terrible pains in my legs from a bad ankle a physical job and 30+ years of Softball. The only bad thing is that I wish they would last longer.
