Tastes great even by itself

I have trace minerals products in my cupboard, so I thought why not give this a try. The first thing that jumped off of the page was this Liquid Zinc and Quercetin takes great. I take the recommend 1 tablespoon dosage everyday straight from the measuring spoon, no mixing. I take the product to help with antioxidant support for my cells, and to help my cardiovascular function. Now I don't have a lab to test if there are improvements in these areas but I like taking this product. This product is 3rd party tested which is a plus.

Prevents illness and shortens colds

I love this liquid minerals zinc and quercetin supplement. I noticed that if I even get the slightest or faint sniffle or tickle in my nose or throat I just take zinc with Quercetin and it knocks it out within 24 hours. Ever since I started taking zinc and quercetin I rarely ever get sick and whenever I do start to feel sick it goes away very quickly if I Nip it in the bud with zinc and quercetin. I like this supplement because it is easy to drink and has a pleasant flavor. The ingredients are very natural which is something that I look for. One thing to know that I've discovered and researched about taking zinc is that it's healthy to take a daily's value of zinc if you're not sick but if you are sick then I take more than what is a recommended daily value. I usually take 7 to 15 mg every four hours until my sickness is gone. Also it's worth noting that zinc should be taken with food or you could get a stomach ache or heartburn. Also lots of water to process the zink.

Liquid Quercetin with zinc that helps me with inflammation

Querectin helps me with inflammation and it also helps me with allergies. It’s a natural remedy for me and it relieves me of pain so I can get through my day. The taste is not bad at all, I had no problems with the flavor. Zinc is needed for immune function, wound healing, blood clotting, thyroid function, and much more. It also plays a key role in maintaining vision and might have effects against viruses. People commonly use zinc for zinc deficiency, diarrhea, and Wilson disease. Zinc may effectively reduce inflammation, boost immune health, reduce your risk of age-related diseases, speed wound healing and improve acne symptoms. Quercetin may help protect against heart disease and cancer. Quercetin can also help stabilize the cells that release histamine in the body and thereby have an anti-inflammatory and antihistamine effect. Quercetin has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects that might help reduce swelling, kill cancer cells, control blood sugar, and help prevent heart disease.

Easy to take - tastes like baby aspirin

After you open this you have to refrigerate this. FYI. The directions say to shake very vigorously and then take 1 tablespoon daily with food or at meal time. It says you can mix it with water or you can mix it with another type of drink or you can just take it straight. I decided to take it straight and I am glad I did. To me it tastes just like baby aspirin. Although I have not had baby aspirin probably for decades that’s what it reminds me of. And I used to like baby aspirin so call me weird but I actually like the flavor of this because it truly does remind me of baby aspirin. So easy to take - I like the taste. And I am a big fan of the trace minerals brand. I have had many many many of their products. I am not sure if they are truly a vegan brand but everything I have had from them is vegan just like this product. It is clearly marked certified vegan as well as gluten free and that is me.
