Magnesium flakes with trace minerals are a wonderful addition to your bath routine. I appreciate the tube packaging over a bag, preventing moisture exposure. There is no real smell to these like Epsom salt, but they dissolve better. I prefer also the flakes to avoid settling at the bottom of the bath. I do have to add that they are more expensive than the bags.
