If your looking for something that smells like coconut this definitely isn't it. It's not a strong smell but kinda smells like old lotion that's been sitting for a while. It has a nice slip for massage and feels moisturizing.

Great gel. It doesn't smell and I've used it just fine for super deep focused work and Swedish. Much prefer it over biotone.Update- half the bottle solidified, I'm assuming some of the ingredients separated and the coconut oil got hard. I ran out of gel during the middle of a massage and was seriously confused since I had so much product left in the bottle.

Bottle arrived on time and undamaged. This coconut gel is a bit more slippery than other Bon Vital gels but just easy to handle. It's very thick out of the bottle but melts with body heat. Non-irritating and great for other activity than massages (wink).

It is a nice light option as compared to coconut oil. However, if you have eczema, organic coconut oil is although "oily" much more healing. But for everyone else, this is a great option.
