These gummies help me fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night without any grogginess the next morning. The taste is pleasant and not overly sweet, making it easy to take them before bedtime. If you're looking for an effective and enjoyable way to improve your sleep, I highly recommend giving these melatonin gummies a try. They have truly made a difference in my sleep quality.

Helps older person get to sleep -Very reasonably priced

As I've gotten older, it's sometimes hard to get to sleep and stay asleep. A friend recommended melatonin, I gave these a try and happy to report they do just what they claim. I've tried other brands at twice the cost and can see no difference between those and these at half the cost.

decent product, but didn't help me

I liked these gummies due to being all natural, tasting good and having a low dose of melatonin. They taste like candy and I wished I could eat more of them at a time but that would have been too much melatonin. This was the first time I'd ever tried taking melatonin and I discovered it does not help me sleep at all. If anything it made things worse because it caused me to have bad dreams and nightmares. I kept waking up scared or upset from the dreams. Very unpleasant and unhelpful.I ended up throwing them in my "dump the drugs" collection bag and will dispose of them properly at the next event. Oh well. Waste of money for me.But if you already know that melatonin helps you, then I would recommend these gummies.
