Similar to store bought supplements

For one month I've been using this in place of my regular store brand melatonin and magnesium supplements. This seems to have a similar effect.

Several supplements that I already take in one pill

I take melatonin, magnesium glycinate, and B vitamins separately on a daily basis. The fact that these come in a single capsule form makes it much easier to remember and take.If you're already taking these particular supplements, I would recommend this combination to make things easier.

Nice to have for occasional use...

I have taken melatonin many times before, but this is the first one I take that also includes Vitamin B6 and Magnesium. It comes with 90 capsules, I do follow instructions and take one capsule about 30min before bed, but I do find that within those 30min I start feeling like a heaviness with slight pain in just a certain area of my head, but I believe this is a signal that I should've been fast asleep by this point, so when I take this supplement I make it a point to fall asleep as soon as I start feeling it, and the good thing is that I feel rested and awake the next day, but only when sleeping close to 8hrs, otherwise it is possible to feel groggy for some time the next morning. For me they are easy to take and no aftertaste whatsoever.
