Works better than fast-dissolve

These time-release tabs do help me stay asleep through the night. The fast-dissolve don't do much if I wake up in the middle of the night, but these do help. Very pleased.

sleeping better

I liked that this was timed release so that I wouldn't awaken at three o clock at night and have to take another type of pill Although even if I do I am still sleepy enough to get back to sleep quickly On the nights that this doesn't work ( nothing is perfect ) I keep a quarter of a regular 5mg melatonin on hand to take in addition to the timed release. I also found that I needed to take the initial dose when i start getting ready for bed This gives me time to settle myself

Better than Spring Valley

I have been taking 5mg of Melatonin for several months now. I never really noticed any difference with my ability to fall asleep. I decided to try this brand due to the positive reviews. I've also read the other brand such as Spring Valley don't always use a consistent amount of ingredients so you never really know if you are getting 5mg of something or 10 or 1.I can say that with taking this brand of Melatonin for the first time, I did notice a difference. I'd say within about 15 to 20 minutes, I started to get drowsy. This never happened with the other brand. I still wake up through the night but overall I do think these supplements help a good bit with sleep. I will continue to take them and see if my sleep improves.I also take Melatonin for other supposed benefits. I've read that it can help with GERD and tightening the lower esophageal sphincter but I have yet to see and proof of that. Hopefully this better brand with improve my symptoms of GERD.
