Leak proof!

Leakproof for the full 12 hours. Can’t even feel it in there. There is definitely a learning curve and it takes a few try’s to get used to putting it in and taking it out. Love not having to buy new supplies every month!I did originally buy the regular cup since I have a heavy flow, despite not having had children. The regular worked but it was a bit uncomfortable. Even if you have a heavy flow it might be worth trying the small which worked way better for me and was still big enough for no leaks

I do like these cups a lot but this one is especially hard to pull out. I feel like I have to really finger myself just to get it out. Anyways TMI, it’s a great product because I HATE tampons

My First Cup

I really enjoy this product. I have been a reusable cloth menstrual pad user for several years now and was afraid to try a cup. Tampons were never comfortable for me and I have a relatively small vagina. After the first few times, the cup was easy to get in and it isn't much more uncomfortable than pads or free bleeding. It's excellent for biking. I still am using a cloth liner with the cup some of the time because I have had several instances of leakage, but that might be a user error. My advice if you haven't used a cup before is to try taking it out in the shower the first few times - that was easy for me and gave me the ability to understand how it worked and what I was looking at without any risk of anything being difficult to clean up.
