Soft material but very slick and difficult to remove. I have a tilted uterus so maybe just not right for me, but it kept moving up or sideways and was very hard to get a hold of the sides to squeeze and unsuction

Too stiff

I bought this cup because the internet said athletic women should choose stiffer cup material. Unfortunately it’s too stiff and irritates my bladder, so it’s not worth using. I chose a softer version from this brand and it was a lot better.

Favorite menstrual cup

I have been a faithful menstrual cup user for the last 4 years and I am never going back to tampons. Saalt is the only brand I’ve ever gotten and love it so I have no reason to try any others. Using a cup has made my period feel so much less of a hassle. My period is heavy at times so I’ll use a small pad or pantry liner at the beginning of my period to catch any spillage but don’t need it most the time. If you’re on the fence about getting one I say go for it! It might take a couple cycles to get the hang of inserting and removing. The first cycle I tried I couldn’t put it in and it was painful so I stopped and tried again next month and was able to insert it just fine. It’s a learning curve at first but within a couple cycles I could use it without thinking about it!

I don't think I'll ever go back to single-use period products. The small cup is great for light to regular periods. No leaks. In my experience, it does take 30-60 minutes for the cup to feel comfortably "settled" but it feels no more uncomfortable than a tampon.
