This product has changed my period life. After having two kids tampons just didn't work for me. Yes, you will need to learn your anatomy which is a good thing. I can get through my work day without thinking about my period. The quiz I took matched me with the product I purchased.

If you have intercourse it will turn around but I gonna use this one every month and it’s easy to remove and doesn’t leak

good if you have a low cervix

cups dont work for me anymore because none of them are firm enough. my cervix is low i can only use small ones and my flow is heavy. they constantly slide out of place and dont suction. they leak for me nonstop. they also leak because i pass big blood clots. this disc takes much longer to get full because its wider than a cup and impossible to move out of place since it is tucked under your bone. the only thing that is a problem for me is that i cant tell when it’s full asap like with cups.
