The BEST solution

I have been using Colton's for years - why have I waited this long to submit a review?! 😆 I used to use Colton's for mice in my garage in my previous home, and it worked perfectly. I wasn't super familiar with the brand, but was immediately attracted to it knowing it had only natural ingredients, because I had a newborn in my home. Now, fast forward a few years, my family has moved into an almost 100 year old home, so we naturally had issues with mice almost immediately upon moving in. The moment I started using Colton's my rodent problem was solved. I felt so comfortable using this product in bedrooms, kitchen, all high traffic areas, knowing that my son would be around the product after it being sprayed. Not only do I love it because it works, but because it's safe and natural. I can not promote this product enough - it's AMAZING.

I hope it works!

The scent is powerful so I believe one you wear a mask when spraying this!I am concerned because I have birds in the house and I was choking from spraying this! I would say spray and make sure there's plenty of ventilation! I was hoping the fragrance would be more of a peppermint fragrance! So I have to see how it goes!

Early review... Appears effective

We recently built a 6000+ square foot barn, which includes downstairs equipment storage and an office (800'), conditioned storage upstairs and shed roofs for outside storage. We quickly developed a rodent problem. We employed 3 types of traps (traditional Victor), T-Rex and an updated trap from Authenzo with a cup as part of the trip mechanism. All were loaded with peanut butter initially. We caught maybe 1 mouse in 5 times the traps were tripped. For the balance, we were merely feeding the mice. We changed baiting per "expert suggestions" (bait on the bottom of the trip mechanism), which worked better but it was still not ideal. We tried an alternate bait suggestion (hot gluing a pretzel to the trip mechanism). This worked even better and we were getting a 1 to 3 catch ratio. Around this time we also tried glue traps and that worked as well. The trouble with those methods was that as this is a barn, it has openings in which field mice can enter. After finally concluding that we can't catch all the mice In the county, we began looking for a method to exclude them. Colton's seemed to be a possibility. I've tried it now for over a week. No trap has been tripped during that time. While it is early to declare victory (we are still in the recommended daily spray routine and not the 1 per month maintenance) the results seem promising. The next step will include a bucket/roller trap, baited with peanut butter, which only requires that they step on the roller before being dumped into the water and drowning. The combination of exclusion and a trap that requires less baiting and setting, will hopefully allow us to declare rodent victory! We will follow up and update this review as the results present..
