Definitely noticed a difference

I have noticed an increase in my energy right from the start of taking these. I really liked the Well Wishes this company made (and am very sad they discontinued it because it worked so well) so I thought I would try their multivitamin. It’s cheaper than a lot of other brands but I can actually feel the difference each day when I take these.

Not bad; on the expensive side

I took this for two weeks (sharing the bottle between 2 people + 2/ea per day = 15 days), and while I didn't notice any ill effects, I don't think it was an improvement on my current multivitamin (Vitamin Code for Women), which, at 4 pills per day, costs about the same per month (in the 240 ct bottle). I appreciate the idea that you only get what you need, so no 100% values just for the heck of it even though everyone's getting that much in their diet. But if I wanted to do that, I could just take fewer of my current multi for half the price. My current multivitamin has almost all the same ingredients from organic plant/culture sources, plus an organic fruit-veggie blend, probiotics and enzymes, and coQ10. It does lack choline and doesn't have the eye-support marigold, but those could be taken separately and still cost less, though with the inconvenience of tracking more pills. So overall, while this seems to be a good multivitamin, it's not my first choice, though it might be more convenient for some people. As a one-size-fits-all blend, I think it's also not the best fit for women of child-bearing years due to the low iron content, which is another reason why I prefer my current brand.

Excellent multi vitamin supplement

I believe in getting my vitamins and nutrients from food but also take a multi vitamin to fill in gaps, as many people do. Most vitamins I've tried don't seem balanced as they often have high concentrations in certain vitamins and minerals that will mostly be eliminated by the body, and some possibly causing harm. This product seems to have more reasonable amounts in the most important vitamins and minerals. I'm not in the medical field, but from my research the ingredients in this product seem well thought out and balanced. It is meant for both men and women, so note that it does have a some iron, which most men only supplements avoid, although the iron content is low. I've only been taking this for a little over a month and have not experienced any issues. I plan to continue taking these.

Little pricey for less than 100% of your Daily values

I have been taking multis for ever. Pretty sure I popped out of the womb and was chomping Flinstone vitamins immediately. Lately, I have been looking at all the crap that comes in multis and wondering if I really need 2,000% of my daily B-12 or any of the weird additives. Then I happened on the Ora.Ora takes a different approach. It's really a vitamin made for vegans, as the only supplements that are 100% of the daily value are the ones that can be hard to get as vegans - D3, B-12, Biotin, and zinc. Everything else comes in at less than 100% of your daily recomended value. And, while I am not sure I needed 2,000%, I would like to have 100% of the basics. Which is why I am torn. 11% of vitamin C? Sure, I am supposed to be getting this from the Whole Foods I eat, but the reason I take a multi is as a form of insurance when I have days I don't eat well. I appreciate the 11% will keep me from getting scurvy, but why not 100%? This is where the inclusion of Lutemax is odd to me. I would like this vitamin a lot more if they nailed more of the recommended daily values on things and let me add the eye protection separately (which I already do). Finally, at the non discounted price of $35 a bottle, this comes in at over $1 per day. The ingredients on the label appear to be quality and it comes in a glass bottle, so I can understand paying a bit more, but since it falls short on the DV% of so many vitamins, AND is not manufactured in a GMP facility, I am not sure the value is there for me to use this on an ongoing basis. They DO have 3rd party testing for each of their products listed on their website. Companies should post this as a picture on the product listing instead of making me go to their website. I like the messaging and the stated goal of the multi and the company. Just wish it was a better fit for me.
