I've been using this product for several years now. I'm 65 and run a lot, usually competing in a couple of marathons every year. In addition to using this as a balm, its qualities make it perfect for mobilizing soft tissue with instruments (known as Graston Method, Gua Sha, or simply, scraping). As a student of Ayurveda, I appreciate that the ingredients in this product are intentional, selected for their combined healing qualities. It has a nice cooling effect and is readily absorbed by the tissues.

Best product ever for muscular pain

This balm is truly amazing! My massage therapist recommended it to me several years ago for sore, tight muscles. Within a few minutes after applying I can feel the pain subside. I love this product and always have some on hand. It works 100% better than the menthol products which fill the drug stores. Definitely worth every penny!

I really like this balm and most likely will be ordering it again. The smell is not bad, just like menthol and eucalyptus. I have very sensitive skin and other products like icy hot or Bengay make my skin burn right away. However, this product doesn’t make my skin burn. I can apply this balm two or three times a day and I’m fine. I suffer from inflamed muscles and I have to use this balm regularly. It takes a couple of days to make the pain go away for me. And I apply it on the skiing at least two or three times a day. However, I apply a thin layer of the balm. One time I put too much product and my skin started burning. But if I just do a thin layer, three times a day, no burning. Very happy this product.
