I bought this to give it a try and well I hated it and also looks like there’s no evidence to support that this actually helps. If you wanna try it I would recommend this brand over any others I saw.

This oil is the bomb.comSeriously.I can't say enough about it.After one use my teeth are whiter and feel after dentist clean.I love that it's organic and it's only got a few simple ingredients, that are better than a typical mouthwash that reads like a who's who of chemicals. I also absolutely love that it's made in the US.The extra little stickers that come with it are inspirational, adorable and already found a home on my laptop.ButThe one thing I love THE MOST about this oil is that, even though it includes clove oil it isn't too strong. My 9 year old has recently started oil pulling with me and it's mild enough for him. And he can barely tolerate salt and pepper on his eggs.He wants to add: "you should get this oil if you're tired of your teeth only getting kind of clean with just toothpaste."

It has definitely whitened my teeth and also helping with some gum sensitivity.

It tastes pretty good and leaves my mouth feeling fresher than before. I add this into my normal teeth routine and I found that my breath stays fresher for longer. Not sure if it whitens my teeth, as I’ve only been using this for around three days, but my teeth does appear a bit whiter.
