I soaked my nose before bed and sprayed the saline spray, the next morning I did another soaking and sprayed and did a little GENTLE cleaning with some tips soaked in the solution and it already looks so much better. I don’t usually write reviews but I totally will for this product. I was skeptical at first but this soak is truly amazing and really it works . I didn’t have any results right away, I had to soak 2x a day ( as suggested ) for almost 2 weeks but my keloid bump is 100% gone ! I had developed a pretty big keloid bump 3 months after my new conch piercing and had it for about 2 months , no other product I tried before this worked . I would 100% recommend this to anyone struggling with keloids.

I have always had a terrible time with earrings, and my ear piercings. I typically don't wear earrings, but on the rare occasion that I do I will end up with one of those keloids. After needing to dress up for a party, and deciding to wear earrings I developed a little keloid, as usual. So when I stumbled across this product I figured I would give it a try.I'm glad I tried it, because it worked really well on my keloid. But, I decided to try it out on the millions of scratches my cats leave on my legs because they don't always stick the landings when they jump on my lap. I have really sensitive skin that gets really red from any sort of abrasion, and then leaves a mark for months before it finally fades. This product has really helped with healing the scratches I get from my cats! I'm so happy I decided to try it on one of them. It has helped reduce some of the redness, and they seem to heal faster. I also think it has a pleasant, light smell, but I also really like the smell of rosemary. It's definitely worth trying and it's worth trying on other issues than just piercings.

Dead Sea Salt, Mediterranean Sea Salt, Tea Tree Oil, Rosemary Oil, Aloe Vera Vitamin E.Because of the tea tree and rosemary, it does have a bit of a scent that may not be for everyone.I always recommend sterile saline (wound wash spray, around $5) for fresh piercings, but I have a helix piercing that is about 8 months old and keeps getting irritated (NOT infected!) for some reason and I decided to try this and see if it makes any difference.It’s important to use clean water for this, so boiling it (and letting it cool) is a good idea.The way I made it, though, is with using a little UV sterilizer device (you can get really small ones for about $25), which makes sure the saline solution I make with this is sterilized.So far I haven’t had any problems with it, but I did happen to get my piercing caught on my pillow (for the first time since I got it pierced, I sleep with a donut pillow so my piercing hasn’t been on a pillow, but somehow I got stuck anyway) and it got quite irritated from that, so I’m hoping this helps it calm down over the next few days.I've only used it for 2-3 days so far (and RIGHT before I started, I irritated my piercing more than I ever have before getting it done so it's not very happy and I'm not sure how long it would take to calm down without this product), so while I haven't had any noticeable reactions or anything, I can't yet say how well it works for me... I'll definitely try to come back for an update if I have anything else to say! I'll be getting more piercings as soon as this one calms down all the way, so I'm sure I'll end up using this a lot once those start to heal if they get irritated (I ALWAYS get bumps/irritation with cartilage piercings).I think this could be a good option for people who are traveling a lot (like on a plane or something?) because you can’t really bring cans of saline spray. It is generally cheaper to just get the spray, and you know it’s sterile, which is really important when you have a new piercing.Overall I don’t really have any complaints yet, but it’s not my first recommendation for piercing care. Another reviewer also said it, it’s quite difficult to close the bag once you open it - I solved this by putting the salt in an empty (clean!) mason jar I had sitting around. I think the bag, even if you think it's closed, can open pretty easily if you drop it, so I would recommend at least putting it in a sandwich bag or something to keep it safe.

This product has been the only thing that has worked to heal my very sensitive nose. (I used it as a paste and left on over night, very fast results for an angry piercing) I had to order a refill, so I got this bigger bag. Unfortunately this product is very expensive for the amount you get (cries in broke college student). Another con is that with this bag, after you open it salt grains get in the zipper and you can’t reseal it. Amazing product, amazing results, just wish it was a little cheaper and that the bigger size came with a bigger cup like the smaller one.
