I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant and wanted to add fruit smoothies/shakes back into my diet (especially when I was craving something sweet). I'd looked closely at different types of powder geared specifically toward pregnant women; this is the only one I have come across that did NOT contain ingredients that I deemed harmful during pregnancy (like aspartame). It is sweet without being overpowering and doesn't taste chalky at all. I purchased the berry lemon flavor and mixed it with a variety of frozen berries and whole milk; absolutely LOVE the flavor. Thank you Root'd for making a great product that I feel safe consuming while pregnant!

So I thought best to help me with the morning sickness because of the beginning of my question is are rolling into my second trimester I struggled so bad with morning sickness well let's just call it every day all hours of the day sickness is an able to keep any food down until I try this and I waited patiently for it in hopes that it would help and let me tell you for the first time in 6 1/2 months I am able to keep food down this is a miracle powder I recommend it to anybody that is struggling with morning sickness and just downright is tired of throwing up in the morning in the afternoon or is a nauseated with certain smells throughout the day gets us and it'll help you immensely . And for anybody asking yes I did try every anti-nauseating pill that the doctor will prescribe me and nothing else I don't know what's in this thing that help me but I'm hoping that if anybody that's struggling the way I did that they give this a try I mean it doesn't hurt to try and it helps you the way you did for me .

Tastes great. I added this to my regular diet to ensure I was getting all my nessesary nutrition.
