I love these prenatals. I’m not a big fan favorite of pills, whether they are soft gels or regular but these go down really easy and they made my hair grow a lot. I had my baby on 5/1/2024 and her hair is long too lol. Go get these!

Thankfully, I don’t burp them up and there’s no bad taste or smell to them. I do wish they were once a day but this is for the health of my pregnancy so I will take them twice a day as recommended.
